ComicExchange was founded December 31,1998 - New Year's Eve. With a vision of improving the value of banner ads by bundling humorous content and advertising into a single package. All via the web. By March '99, the ComicExchange rolled out a test version of the distribution software having enlisted the participation of more than 20 cartoonists from all corners of the Earth. A year later ComicExchange distributes over 1 million FREE comic strips to hundreds of sites globally. More than 30 cartoonists submit their cartoonery via the web and receive royalty fees for their work. ComicExchange is the only service of its kind - providing Free ever changing content for Webmasters' sites while providing Cartoonists a limitless opportunity to have their work distributed to millions of websites and get paid. ComicExchange will continue to lead the development and marketing of web-based comic strips, with continued feature development and through innovative partnerships and affiliate program. |
